What is the standard delivery time for orders?

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?

Yes, because our products contain alcohol, an adult of legal drinking age must be present to sign for the delivery. Carriers are not permitted to leave packages unattended.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a full refund or replacement.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a complimentary gift message that will be printed on a premium card and included in the box.
